How to Lose Baby Belly-Follow Dr. Oz’s 30-day Detox Plan


Whether you are looking for ways to lose the post pregnancy baby belly, want to get in shape and have more energy, or want to drop the last 10 pounds, one of the best things you can do is to clean out your body by following a detox plan. Today, I was on Dr. Oz’s facebook page and saw a link about “Dr. Oz’s Clean Detox Program 30-Day Meal Plan”. I took a look and it seems like its a very easy program to follow for 30 days. Here is a brief excerpt from the article:

“How to Use The Meal Plan

For the cleanse you will be eating a liquid meal such as a shake for breakfast and a solid meal from the Cleanse Diet for lunch and dinner.

 The meal plan is just a suggestion. We included lots of different recipes daily to illustrate all the amazing options out there. If you are an ambitious cook, please feel free to follow the meal plan as shown. If it is too overwhelming feel free to substitute simpler meals or make larger batches of things to eat for several days.”

I believe I will work the plan myself for a time as well. I hope you will too. By the end of the 30 days if you follow the plan, your baby belly should be done plus you will be a few pounds lighter!
